Suites at Enchant offer your own private space for 10-25 guests, perfect for relaxing in style. Feel free to come and go as you please during your reserved time! Wander through the Maze, explore the Village, and then return to your cozy suite to enjoy delicious food, drinks, and the amazing view of the World’s Largest Christmas Light Maze.

Group Tickets and Private Suites
When you rent a private suite at any of our venues, you’ll automatically get 10 General Admission tickets and a food and drink credit.
Need more tickets? No problem – You can add them during checkout! We’ll also share all the details about your suite’s capacity as you go through the booking process.
Catering Menu
When booking a suite at Enchant, you can select from our Full Suite Menu (linked below) if your reservation is made within the following timeframes:
• San Jose: Book at least 10 days before your event date to access our Full Suite Menu. If you miss this deadline, you can still place an order using our Event Day Menu up to noon, 2 days before your event.
• Las Vegas: Reservations made 10 days in advance unlock our Full Suite Menu. If you miss the advanced deadline, you may still enjoy options from the Event Day Menu, with orders due by noon, 3 days before your visit.
• Seattle: Orders for the Full Suite Menu must be placed at least 3 days before your selected visit date.
FAQs
Admission Tickets may be purchased at the market rate listed on our website and may fluctuate based on demand as our season approaches. Each of our locations will have different ticket rates listed. Visit tickets.enchantchristmas.com to see the dates and rates available for your preferred venue.
Additional tickets such as Admission, Ice Skating, Premier and Parking can be purchased at the time of choosing your visit date and anytime after that.
Admission Tickets that are included in the suite package are considered General Admission to be used for an adult, junior or senior.
The suite is yours for the entire evening! You can come and go as you please throughout the evening, during your reserved date.
Suite locations are assigned by our Enchant team in collaboration with our venue catering team. Views from these suites may vary based on venue, but all have seating in front of the suite to view the event.
You may come and go in your suite throughout the evening.
Admission tickets will be scanned at the main gate into Enchant. Once inside Enchant, there will be a separate entry and exit for the Maze.
General Admission tickets do not include participation in Ice Skating. Ice Skating tickets are sold separately and include skate rentals.
The $500 food and beverage credit will be used towards your catering order using the Suite menu. There is no minimum other than using the credit. Your order may exceed your credit amount and you may pay the difference with the onsite catering team.
You will have the opportunity to customize your suite food and beverage order based on your budget and available options. Suite menus will offer dinner packages, appetizer, dessert, and beverage options that are designed for groups. Links to the Suite Menus are here:

The $500 food and beverage credit can be used towards ordering anything listed in our Suite menu. The Suite Menu will include both non-alcoholic/alcoholic beverage options. You may work with your food and beverage coordinator the night of your event to order additional beverages for your suite; however, suites do not have bars or bartender services. Suites have counter space to serve food buffet style and a mini-fridge to keep drinks cold.

The Suite menu will offer options for guests with dietary restrictions. Please be sure to work with our venue catering teams in making sure that is discussed as some substitutions may be available. There are a variety of packages and options available in our menu. No outside food and beverages are allowed inside Enchant; however, some venue catering teams may allow a celebration cake as an exception.
When purchasing a suite package, you may purchase as many parking passes as you need. The cost of parking passes will range based on Enchant location, visit date, and parking lot.
There are no refunds or exchanges on Suite Package purchases.
You may invite others into your suite. Please be sure to let your Event Coordinator know so your guests have the appropriate wristbands to be allowed to enter your suite.
Our Private Events Supervisors begin in mid-October, they will be able to help coordinate any questions or concerns as you plan your visit to Enchant!
You may use General Admission tickets to account for any additional General Admission tickets that you need for your group. They cannot replace the 10 GA tickets that come with the Suite Package.
An Admission Ticket is required for every guest member to attend Enchant. Infant Tickets, although free of charge, are still required for children 3 or under. You can reserve your tickets at tickets.enchantchristmas.com.
Small Luxury Suites, available for purchase on our website only, require payment in full. Large Private Spaces available for rent through our Sales team may require deposits. For Large Private Spaces inquiries please fill this form.

All suites and private spaces will be decorated in a Winter holiday theme. You don’t need to bring any additional decorations; however, we will allow small table decorations if you are hosting a birthday celebration. We do not allow balloons or anything nailed/tacked to the walls.
Tours are not available for our Small Luxury Suites.
You may bring your own celebration cake. Fees will vary based on venue and will be applied to your catering order. Please notify your catering contact in advance.

After purchasing your suite package, our Private Suites Supervisor will introduce you to the venue catering team. They will be your primary point of contact and available to assist with all aspects of your reservation.
