Important: Your Golden Ticket is not your admission ticket.

Here's what you need to do:

• Step 1: Purchase your Golden Ticket. Your purchase locks in the Early Bird price. No visit date is selected at the time of purchase.
• Step 2: Return in September. We will email you when date selection opens.
  • Log in to your Enchant Christmas account using the same email address you used to purchase your tickets.
• Step 3: Select your visit date. Choose the date and available entry time you'd like to attend. Once your selection is complete, your Golden Ticket will automatically be converted into your dated General Admission Ticket.
• Step 4: Attend Enchant. Bring your converted General Admission Ticket to the event. This is the ticket that will be scanned for entry.

Please Note: Golden Tickets cannot be scanned for admission.

If you arrive with a Golden Ticket that has not been converted into a dated General Admission Ticket, we will be unable to admit you until a visit date has been selected. Entry is subject to date availability at that time.

To avoid disappointment, please be sure to log in and reserve your visit date as soon as date selection opens in September.

No. Your Golden Ticket is not your admission ticket.

1. Buy your Golden Ticket to lock in the Early Bird price. No visit date is selected at purchase.
2. Watch for an email in September when date selection opens.
3. Log in to your Enchant account using the email used for purchase and choose your visit date and entry time.
4. Receive your dated General Admission Ticket and bring it to the event for entry.

Important: Golden Tickets cannot be scanned for admission. You must select a visit date first. We recommend reserving your date as soon as date selection opens, as availability may be limited.

Golden Tickets are general admission and do not come with any additional activity passes.

In early September, Golden Ticket holders will receive an email from Enchant with step-by-step instructions on how and when to select your preferred date to attend Enchant.

As a Golden Ticket holder, you'll have exclusive early access to secure your attendance date before tickets are released to the general public. This date selection period will be first-come, first-served and available for a limited time only.

You'll be able to confirm your booking through a direct link in the email or by accessing your Enchant account.

Each date will have a LIMITED number of Golden Tickets spots available. Once those spots are taken, guests will need to select another available date. Weekends are the most popular, so it will be very important to return as soon as date scheduling opens.

Our Arrival Window is the earliest period of time you are able to enter the Enchant venue. This is done to make sure that each guest has a magical experience and to avoid overcrowding when entering.

Once you have entered Enchant, you are able to stay for as long as you would like.
Although you are not able to enter Enchant prior to your Arrival Window, if you are running a little bit behind, you will still be able to enter Enchant once your Arrival Window has passed. However, we kindly ask that you try to arrive as close as possible to your chosen Arrival Window time.

Enchant Christmas will not grant full or partial ticket or add-on refunds at any time, as stated in the Enchant Christmas Ticket Terms and Conditions. Please review your ticket purchase carefully and ensure you are selecting the correct date, time, and city when you are booking your reservation.

• Please note: Should local weather conditions require Enchant to cancel or delay an event, we will have a re-accommodation plan for guests to reschedule to another date this season. Tickets can not be held to future seasons as we do not always return to the same cities each year.

Guests who purchased Visit Protection (applicable cities):

Date changes can be made up to midnight the evening prior to your scheduled event through your MyAccount. Same-day changes are not permitted. Visit Protection covers you for the $5 change fees; however, any increase in ticket price is still due. Please do not wait to make changes, as exceptions will not be made for website errors or missed deadlines.

Guests who DID NOT purchase Visit Protection:

Date changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled event date through your MyAccount. Date Changes are $5 per ticket, plus any increase in ticket price is still due. Date changes must be made through your MyAccount or can be done at the box office onsite (during event hours). Please do not wait to make changes, as exceptions will not be made for website errors or missed deadlines.

Guests who have purchased Sensible Weather (applicable cities):

Date changes are not permitted, as your tickets were selected for a particular date and time, and sensible weather does not permit tickets to be transferred to new dates, as the quote you were issued was for the particular date and time you selected originally.
