Enchant Christmas in PayPal Park is located outdoors so please plan accordingly and make sure to dress appropriately for the weather.

Bag Policy
- Clear backpacks under 14" x 14" x 6" and drawstring bags under 14" x 14" x 6" are allowed into the stadium.
- All backpacks, including mini purse backpacks, are not permitted unless they are clear.
- All bags are subject to search upon entry.
Pet Policy
PayPal Park has a no-pet policy. Only trained service animals are allowed in the stadium, upon verification by entry staff. Service animals in training are not permitted unless authorized by Enchant staff.
Prohibited Items
- Enchant is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable event experience for our guests. We ask that you assist us by observing the prohibited items listed below to help ensure a family friendly environment for all our guests.
- Enchant reserves the right to prohibit additional items as deemed necessary or per event requirements. Prohibited items are not able to be checked-in, and are not able to be stored on-site. It is the sole responsibility of each guest to make proper arrangements prior to arrival at the event to meet the security screening requirements.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
- Outside food or beverages, unless specifically authorized by the venue.
- Weapons of any kind.
- Any bags larger than the approved 14" x 14" x 6".
- Professional camera equipment, including tripods, battery packs, or large video cameras.
- Remote-controlled aircraft or drones.
- Umbrellas.
- Selfie sticks.
- Metal or glass water bottles.
- Glass or plastic food containers.
- Incendiary devices, including fireworks or smoke bombs.
- Streamers and confetti.
- Illegal substances, drugs, or chemicals.
- Poles or staffs of any kind, including metal, plastic, or wood.
- Noisemakers, plastic horns, air horns, whistles, or musical instruments, except in designated supporter sections.
- Frisbees or inflated balls.
- Hoverboards.
- Aerosol cans, such as hairspray or silly string.
- Animals, except approved service dogs.
- Projectiles, including missiles or other objects.
- Laser pointers.
- Signs, banners, or flags larger than 3' x 5'.
- Any items deemed inappropriate, offensive, or potentially hazardous by management.
Ice Skates
If bringing your own skates, please ensure they have blade guards. Any bags used to carry skates must comply with the Clear Bag Policy. Note that no re-entry is permitted for the events, so plan accordingly.
Your Tickets
- Please have your ticket QR code ready to display when you arrive. The QR code is located at the top of your order confirmation which you should have received via email.
- You can also access your tickets by visiting your MyAccount located at the bottom of your order confirmation or requesting access to your MyAccount. Get Access to your MyAccount Link.
Manage Your Order
Manage your order all in one place. Easily add add-ons, change ticket dates, and change ticket times. Guests with Visit Protection can request order cancellations. Enchant is a Cashless Event
Enchant events are cashless for the safety of employees and guests. Only contactless forms of payment are accepted, including debit cards, credit cards, and mobile wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Arrival Window
- Our Arrival Window is the earliest period of time you are able to enter the Enchant venue. This is done to make sure that each guest has a magical experience and to avoid overcrowding when entering. Once you have entered Enchant, you are able to stay for as long as you would like.
- Although you are not able to enter Enchant prior to your Arrival Window, if you are running a little bit behind, you will still be able to enter Enchant once your Arrival Window has passed. However, we kindly ask that you try to arrive as close as possible to your chosen Arrival Window time.
No Re-Entry
There are no re-entry privileges at PayPal Park. In case of an emergency, guests may contact a gate supervisor for permission to re-enter. Guests who leave the stadium without authorization will not be permitted to re-enter.
Premier Pass Upgrade
- With your Premier Pass Upgrade, you will have access to a special line for The Maze, Santa’s Landing, and Ice Skating (if ice skating was additionally purchased).
- Should you like to add a Premier Pass Upgrade onsite and it is not sold out, you can make the purchase online using your MyAccount located at the bottom of your order confirmation and visit guest services with your order confirmation to retrieve your wristbands.
Costume Policy
- Costumes should be child-friendly and may not be obstructive, offensive, or violent.
- No Santa costumes will be permitted.
- Guests may wear masks. However, masks must not obstruct vision and eyes must be visible at all times.
- Guests who dress up are not permitted to pose for pictures, sign autographs, or sell photos to other guests.
- Costumes should not drag on the ground.
- Costumes should not contain sharp objects, pointed objects or materials that may accidentally strike another Guest.
- Costumes should not contain any weapons which resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon.
- Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines may be refused entry into the event unless his or her costume can be modified to meet the above standards.

How to Get to the Venue
• Coming from Highway 101:
Taking the De La Cruz Blvd. exit is the advised route to avoid congestion. This will allow you to turn right directly into any parking lots, rather than making a more time-consuming left turn from I-880 onto Coleman Ave.
• From San Jose
∘ Take Highway 87 Northbound.
∘ For the timeliest route, merge onto Highway 101 Northbound.
∘ Take the Trimble Rd/De La Cruz Blvd exit 391.
∘ Merge left onto W Trimble Rd to continue onto De La Cruz Blvd.
∘ Take a slight left onto Coleman Ave (follow signs for PayPal Park).
• From San Francisco/North Peninsula
∘ Take Highway 101 Southbound.
∘ Take the De La Cruz Blvd. exit.
∘ Merge onto W Trimble Rd to continue onto De La Cruz Blvd.
∘ Take a slight left onto Coleman Ave (follow signs for San Jose).
• From Morgan Hill
∘ Take Highway 101 Northbound.

Rideshare Drop-Off
Looking to take a rideshare to or from Paypal Park? The suggested pickup and drop-off area is at the south end of Aviation Avenue.
Bus/Public Transport Stations near PayPal Park
• Caltrain
Take Caltrain to the Santa Clara station. From the station, head east under the pedestrian tunnel onto Brokaw Ave., and turn right on Coleman Ave. to reach PayPal Park.
• BART
Take BART to the Millbrae Transit Station and transfer to Caltrain heading southbound towards San Jose.

Accessibility
Strollers
Families with small children are welcome to bring strollers or wagons to Enchant events. Strollers are allowed inside the maze.
Wheelchairs/Accessibility
- ADA parking is located within the Audi parking lot off Newhall Drive. Guests wishing to park in ADA spaces must present a valid ADA placard and registration upon arrival.
- Enchant events are accessible for guests requiring the use of a wheelchair or walker.
- Wheelchair rentals are available at Guest Services with a valid ID.
- Ice skating is wheelchair accessible.
Code of Conduct
- Unruly, disruptive, threatening, or violent behavior, including verbal or physical harassment of staff and guests, is prohibited.
- Illegal conduct is not allowed.
- Causing significant damage to property is strictly prohibited.
- Displaying signs, symbols, or images for commercial purposes or electioneering, or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issue, or government action is not allowed.
- Using political, threatening, abusive, insulting, offensive language or gestures is prohibited, including racist, homophobic, xenophobic, sexist, or otherwise inappropriate behavior.
- Unauthorized access to restricted areas, such as the field or tunnels, is prohibited.
- Possession or use of unauthorized pyrotechnic devices is not allowed.
- Throwing any objects onto the field, including streamers, is prohibited.
- Guests must follow directions from venue staff and comply with stadium policies and emergency procedures.
- Inappropriate consumption of alcoholic beverages, including providing alcohol to minors, is prohibited.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited at PayPal Park. Offenders will be asked to leave the stadium grounds.
Lost & Found Items
If you have lost an item while at an Enchant event, please visit Guest Services located just inside the main entry gate. For lost items after leaving the event, contact PayPal Park's Box Office at 408-556-7700.
