What type of events can be celebrated at a large private space?

You can celebrate holiday parties, corporate events, birthdays, and more! Feel free to reach out if you have a specific celebration in mind.

This type of reservation is for groups of up to 1,000 guests. If you’re looking for small group reservations you can visit our Private Suites page (for groups of 10 to 25 people), and if you’re looking for full-event or partial buyouts (from 1,000 to 10,000 guests), visit our Buyouts page.

 

Are spaces for large groups fully covered or outdoors?

Private suites are fully covered. However, some outdoor spaces are fully covered, and some are not. Please check this page and our website constantly for updates on recommendations and Know-Before-You-Go information.

When are large private space rentals available?

Large private spaces are available to rent when Enchant is open to the public. Please check this page and our website constantly for opening updates.

How do reservations work?

⚬ Please fill out the contact form in this page to receive all information possible about pricing, reservations, cancellation policy, booking process, and next steps after booking.

⚬  Generally, the process starts when we introduce you to the Food & Beverage team and our Private Events Supervisor to give you estimated pricing.

*Note: In some cases, we meet our guests onsite to give them a tour of the private spaces.

⚬ Once you move forward with the booking, our team will create an invoice and email it to you for payment.

⚬ Once payment is completed, we will send your tickets via a PDF file or provide access to our Ticket Portal, where you can manage tickets for your guests.

⚬ If you want to add tickets before your event, we will help you with another order.

About deposits and payments

We can’t split payments to receive a deposit, so we ask for 100% of the private space rental fee and 50% of the tickets you may need for your party. You will pay this invoice in full.

Then, as your event gets closer, we’ll submit another order with your final ticket count. For example, you rent a lounge for $5k and need 100 tickets. We will make an invoice for $5k + 50 tickets. The second invoice will reflect the remaining 50 tickets.

Cancellation Policy

Enchant does not allow cancellations unless we decide to close due to unforeseen circumstances and/or safety issues with the weather. We will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a full refund.

If an emergency comes up and you must cancel, we’ll reschedule your event to another available date. But remember there are no cancellations once a party is booked and the deposit is paid.
