FAQ
On September 5, all Flex Ticket holders will receive an email from Enchant Christmas detailing instructions for how to select your preferred date to visit Enchant Christmas in your city of choice. The first opportunity to select your date will become available on September 10 at 10:00 am PT. The opportunity to schedule the date of attendance and to secure limited opportunities will be available exclusively to Flex Ticket Holders for a limited period of time, and it will be first-come, first-served. A limited number of Flex Tickets will be available for each date of Enchant starting September 10 at 10:00 am PT – once Flex Ticket quantities for certain dates run out, Flex Ticket holders will need to select an alternate date, or opt to pay the full ticket price to secure their date of choice.
Flex Tickets are general admission and do not come with any additional activity passes.
We’re hosting special events and theme nights at Enchant Christmas this year, and some activations will be limited - by booking during Christmas in July, you get first access to select your preferred date! ❄️
