What type of events can I celebrate with a full/partial buyout?

A buyout can provide an amazing opportunity to tailor your experience and make your holiday memories truly magical. You can organize large-scale events for the holidays with your employees, and even invite their spouses and families based on your budget. Enchant can also be a great venue for big birthday celebrations or any other type of event you have in mind.

This type of reservation is for full-event or partial buyouts (from 1,000 to 10,000 guests). If you’re looking for smaller reservations you can visit our Large Groups page (for groups from 26 to 1,000 guests) and our Private Suites page to reserve an intimate space for groups from 10 to 25 guests.

 
What features and amenities does partial buyout include?

⚬ Exclusive access to Enchant for the first 3 hours of the evening and all we have to offer, like the light maze, ice skating trail, village, and visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

⚬ Ability to host up to 6,500 guests (*this might change from venue to venue).

⚬ Full access: admission tickets, ice skating, parking and use of all suites and private spaces.

⚬ Guests may stay after Enchant opens to the public (based on the booking date).

⚬ Digital signage customization.

⚬ Includes all scheduled live entertainment.

⚬ Food and Beverage options are yet to be defined by venue (will be additional to event partial buyout pricing).

⚬ Ability to host up to 10,000 guests (*this might change from venue to venue).

⚬ Full access: admission tickets, ice skating, parking and use of all suites and private spaces.

⚬ Digital signage customization.

⚬ Opportunity to create in-event charity or other promotions.

⚬ Includes all scheduled live entertainment and/or ability to hire your own.

⚬ Food and beverage options are yet to be defined by venue (will be additional to full-event buyout pricing).
When are full/partial buyouts available?

Full-event and partial buyouts are available when Enchant is open to the public, but we may have availability to sell on dates when we’re normally closed to the public. This can be discussed with our specialists, as long as your reservation is for a group of 1,000 to 10,000 people.

How do reservations work?

⚬ Once your inquiry comes in, we will reach out and set up a Zoom meeting to talk about Enchant and discuss your holiday plans. At this time, we will discuss everything that’s included in the buyout packages.

⚬ Following the meeting, we will email you a proposal after considering all factors. If you move forward with the decision, we will ensure the date is reserved and communicate it to our Executive team. We will work internally to get your information in a service agreement.

⚬ There are other steps that need to be taken after this point. Our team will make sure to guide you through the entire process.
