How to Apply? 📩

If you’re ready to showcase your craftsmanship or culinary talents at Enchant and help us create unforgettable experiences for our guests, we’d love to hear from you. Here’s how to apply:

  1. Visit the Vendor Application Page.
  2. Click the “Create an account” button and then fill out the required information.
  3. Once your application is reviewed, you will receive an email notification with the next steps if you are selected as a vendor.

Vendor Must-Haves (Checklist) ✅

To ensure a smooth and successful experience at Enchant during the holiday season (we will be open from November 22 to December 29), make sure you have the following:

  • Booth Setup: We provide the booth structure and signage, but you are welcome to bring sturdy merch fixtures and add more signage to your hut.
  • Inventory: Sufficient stock of products to meet customer demand throughout the event.
  • Point of Sale (POS) System: A reliable POS system for processing payments quickly and efficiently. This is particularly important as we are a cashless event.
  • Marketing Materials: Business cards, brochures, or flyers to promote your brand and provide customers with more information.
  • Comfort Essentials: Comfortable seating, weather-appropriate clothing, and snacks or beverages to keep you and your staff energized.

Dates for All Cities:

  • Soft Opening: On or before November 20, 2024*
  • Opening: November 22, 2024*
  • Final Day: December 29, 2024*

All cities will have up to 30-37 select event days total (including Holidays), and hours will be between 4 pm and 11:30 pm, depending on location and date. Applicants who can commit to the full run of the show will have first preference, though part-time applicants may be considered.
