If you want to make your celebrations truly special, consider reserving a private suite at Enchant Christmas. We offer private suites for various events such as birthday parties, small family gatherings, small company Christmas parties, gatherings for small departments from large companies, Girls’ Night Out Holiday parties, proposal celebrations, and more. Private Suites include 10 General Admission tickets and you can add additional tickets to your order when you reserve online.

The Private Suite includes a food and beverage credit, free WIFI, a dedicated entrance to the suite, staff, in-house furniture, heaters, and utilities.

You can feel free to move in and out at your leisure throughout the evening, as the space is at your disposal during Enchant’s operational hours on your reserved date.

Private Suites are available to rent when Enchant is open to the public. Please check this page and our website constantly for opening updates.

⚬ When we open our 2024 season ticketing system, you’ll be able to purchase a Group or Private Suite package online and you will instantly have pricing information.

⚬ If you buy a Suite package, an automatic notification will be emailed to the venue team once your transaction is processed. Our team will contact you to provide pertinent event information (i.e. instructions for wristbands, confirm arrival hour, additional assistance for special requests, etc.).

⚬ The Food & Beverage team will provide menus and a deadline for ordering catering. Once you book your package online, it’s important to keep in mind your deadline for ordering food and beverages using either the Enchant Menu or the Event Day Menus (these menus will be available closer to Enchant’s 2024 season opening).

We suggest reserving a suite for groups of 10 to 25. However, we understand that sometimes our visitors want to add a couple more guests to enjoy the experience, so if you buy a suite for 25 people and want to add tickets after your purchase, we recommend contacting our Customer Care Center to purchase additional tickets (maximum 5 tickets more if your group already has 25 people) so we can add them to your same online order.

If you’re looking for bigger group reservations you can visit our Large Groups page (for groups from 26 to 1,000 guests) and our Full-Event or Partial Buyouts page (from 1,000 to 10,000 guests).

We recommend that you enhance your private suite reservation by considering some add-ons such as parking, skating, and the VIP package. These add-ons are not automatically included in the private suite booking. However, you can easily include them in your online purchase for a more personalized experience.
