What are Enchant’s Hours of Operation?

Enchant is open Nov 24 – Dec 31, Tuesdays – Sundays from 5:00pm – 11:00pm.  Enchant will be closed Dec 24 (Christmas Eve) and Mondays, with the exception of Dec 18 and 25.

Is Enchant open on Holidays?

Enchant opens the day after Thanksgiving and will be open Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.  However, we will be closed Christmas Eve and Nov 27, Dec 4, and Dec 11.

How much do tickets cost?

Tickets go on-sale Thursday, Oct 12.   Sign up today to receive Enchant’s early-bird promo code to get tickets starting Oct 9, before they go on-sale to the public.  Scroll down to the bottom of this page and click the Sign Up button to receive your code.

There are two sets of prices for Enchant tickets; advance online ticket pricing, and Day of Event pricing.

What is included in the Admission price?

Your ticket to Enchant includes full access to the event including the world’s largest Christmas light maze, The Enchant Christmas Market with 85 unique vendors, Santa’s Palace, and entertainment at the music stage.  

Skating is $5, BUT 100% of the proceeds go to our local Texas Charity partners.  It’s all for a good cause!

What does a Family 4 Pack ticket include?

A Family 4 Pack is for 2 adults (15+) and 2 children (5-14) from the same family.  Children aged 4 and under are free! Young people ages 15 and over are charged at the adult rate.

 

 

What if I have a family of 5+ and want to purchase a Family 4 Pack?

A Family 4 Pack is for 2 adults (15+) and 2 children (5-14) from the same family.  Children aged 4 and under are free! Young people ages 15 and over are charged at the adult rate.
If there are additional family members, additional tickets can be purchased for the Adults (15+) or kids (5-14) in addition to your family pack.

Can I purchase tickets at the event box office?

Yes.  We will update at a later date when the Enchant Box Office will be open to purchase tickets in advance at the Enchant Box Office and the hours of operation.  But until the event is on-site, all tickets can be purchased in advance online, starting October 12.  

On event days, we do reserve a limited number of tickets for gate purchase that are available on a first come, first serve basis. Gate tickets are available for purchase starting at 4:30 pm on event dates at the box office located at the main entrance.

We can’t guarantee that gate tickets will be available as it depends on the total event capacity.

Please note that gate tickets are approximately $5 more per person on the day of the event vs. online advance ticket purchases purchased the day prior.

Because dates for Enchant will sell out, we highly recommend you avoid purchasing tickets at the gate to ensure a smooth entry to the event!

Not only do you save $5 by purchasing your ticket online before the event day, but you can quickly scan into the event using your mobile phone or print at home ticket.

Why is Day Of Event pricing higher?

Day Of Event pricing is approximately $5 more per person than advance online prices. The reason we do this is to encourage everyone to pre-purchase their tickets online as it makes entry to the event much faster.

When you purchase your ticket online in advance, you will be emailed a mobile ticket and a print at home ticket (use whichever method you prefer), and you can walk straight to the Enchant front gate and scan your way in.

For those purchasing on the day of the event, you can still purchase your tickets online and prices will include the Day Of Event increase.  Or you can come to the Enchant box office and one of the Enchant representatives will complete your order for you.

Is there an age limit for Enchant?

No, all ages are welcome to come and enjoy Enchant, and kids 4 and under are FREE! Please note that children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Will there be cash machines on site?

Yes, there will be cash machines (ATMs) located on-site for your convenience!

What forms of payment will be accepted?

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit Cards or cash.  NOTE: Market vendors and food trucks might accept different cards or cash only.

There will also be ATMs on site if needed.

Do you support last minute transfers?

We do our best on a case by case basis, depending on support request volume. Our current average response times are less than 24 hours, so we’ve been fairly good at supporting last minute transfer requests… but we can’t make any guarantees 😉

 

If my transfer request was declined, can I try again?

Yes! Be sure you’ve checked the Enchant events calendar for availability and feel free to try again for a different date.

What if I lost my Order ID?

No worries!  Please email support@ticketZone.com with the email address used to purchase your tickets and we’ll re-send you your receipt to that same address.  Alternatively, you can log into your TicketZone account (if you set one up) and retrieve it yourself there.

Can I do a partial transfer?

If you have multiple tickets in your order and you would like to transfer only some of them to a new date, you’ll need to email support@ticketZone.com.  Be sure to include your order ID, email address of purchase, the new dates you would like to transfer to, and which specific tickets types (and quantities) to transfer.

What is the best way to dress for an evening at Enchant?

Enchant is predominantly an outdoor event so be sure to check the weather and dress appropriately!  We do have a number of fire pits around the site to warm up around and our Great Hall is a large walled tent with heaters for those chillier nights!

 

Umbrellas: If you dress appropriately, you will have a better experience in the maze if you leave your umbrellas at home. On rainy days it is good to bring an Umbrella to Enchant, but if possible, please close them as you enter the maze to reduce visual obstructions for others.

 

Is Enchant wheelchair and stroller accessible?

Yes, our event site is fully ADA approved.

The market area is on a paved surface while the maze is on crushed gravel.

We highly recommend wider tires for the maze area to help maneuver over the loose ground.

 

 

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final, there are no refunds. Unforeseen circumstances beyond ticketZone control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies. Promoters, Venue owners, Security and Event Staff have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behaviour, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security restrictions. Ticket holder is aware that the Venue and Talent are subject to change. Ticket holder is aware that amenities promised by promoters are not guaranteed by ticketZone and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: VIP amenities, drink specials, gifts, express entry, special areas, celebrity guests. If an event is canceled or postponed, you are eligible for a refund for the face value of the ticket, however, you must submit an e-mail inquiry within five days of the originally scheduled event requesting a refund, and mail any hard tickets back to ticketZone. The tickets must be received five days before the newly scheduled event in order to receive a refund; failure to do so will waive your right to a refund. Tickets purchased at a retail outlet must be refunded at the retail outlet. Service fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

Will there be places to stop and rest around the event site?

Yes. We have placed benches and tables throughout the site.

Can I purchase a ticket as a gift for someone?

Yes. The tickets purchased can be given to whomever, whether they are printed or mobile tickets. No need to transfer them into someone’s name.

 

Am I able to change the type of ticket I have purchased?

Yes, subject to availability.  Please email support@ticketzone.com with your request.  The team will see if your ticket choice is available, once this has been confirmed, you will be prompted to purchase the new ticket(s) and you will then be refunded for the tickets you no longer require.

Please note: we cannot transfer purchases under any circumstances once the date the ticket was issued for has passed.

 

Do I have to print out my ticket or can I use it from my mobile phone?

You can either print out your eTicket, or scan it at the gate from your mobile phone.  We recommend to use the mobile option and help reduce waste.  If using a mobile ticket, be sure that the brightness on your phone is all the way up, and remove your screen protector if you have one.

Are cameras allowed inside Enchant?

Absolutely! There will be many great photo opportunities throughout the event, as well as a Santa on site to get the perfect holiday photo taken with Old St. Nick.

Are pets allowed at Enchant?

We love animals, but unfortunately, no, animals are not allowed at Enchant, unless they are certified service animals.

Is smoking permitted at Enchant?

No, Enchant is a non-smoking event.  

Will there be alcohol beverages available at Enchant?

Yes, beer and wine will be available for purchase at the event.  There will be two outdoor beverage bars serving local and imported beer and wine, along with our Great Hall bar serving 4 types of beer on tap.    

VIP areas will be a full bar for purchase.

In the Texas Christkindl Market Lane, we have unique German mulled wine and beers.

 

Does Enchant offer re-entry into the event area?

There is no re-entry into the event area once you have exited.

Is there a bag policy at Enchant?

Yes.  No backpacks or oversized bags.  All bags and purses must be 16″x16″x8″ or smaller and are subject to search by Security Staff.

What items are not allowed in Enchant?

Outside food and drinks, pets (except for service animals), laser pointers, weapons (including pocket knives and concealed handguns), coolers, tents, roller skates and skateboards.  

 

Licensee and its guests, attendees, invitees, contractors, subcontractors, employees, volunteers, and agents shall not bring any weapons or other unsafe items into the Licensed Area.

The Licensed Area is all of LOT F.  No storage lockers are being offered.

Signage will be posted for penal codes 30.05, 30.06, and 30.07 around the event site.

Are we allowed to bring food or drinks into Enchant?

No, outside food or beverages are not permitted inside the event, however, Enchant features a host of amazing food trucks, food vendors, and a licensed eating area where you can find all that you need to eat and drink and be merry!

NOTE: Infant formula will be accepted.

 

Will there be a lost and found?

Yes, there will be a Lost & Found, located at Guest Services.  If you cannot visit the Lost & Found in person, you can email support@ticketzone.com .

Should you find any lost items during your visit to Enchant, please return them to Guest Services, or to your nearest event staff.

How long will it take to walk through the event?

It will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes to walk through the Enchant Christmas Light Maze.  We suggest 2 to 2.5 hours to do the maze, skate, visit Santa, grab a bit to eat with some entertainment and of course shop the market vendors!  

Will there be copies of the Enchant book available for purchase at the event?

There will be a limited number of Enchant’s “The Great Search” books available for purchase at our on-site info booth, however, the best way to ensure you get a copy is to purchase your book online. Check the website for links and prices.

Can I purchase Christmas Lights at Enchant?
